Our SVCapture Systems are designed from the ground up based on your application specifications. Our systems have been proven in numerous applications such as: Motion Analysis, Particle/Fluid Analysis, Behavioral Mechanics, Inline Manufacturing Process Control and Object Tracking.

We start with camera selection and then integrate it with the best optics, cables, frame grabber, software and computer system which is optimized to support the capture of all of your data at the desired resolution and frame rates, for the amount of recording time specified in real-time with no missed frames or lost data. We also ensure that your system is delivered ready to use in the modes you have requested.

We have developed a variety of systems to support 1, 2, 4 or up to 8 cameras. In the multi-camera applications all cameras can be synchronized to a single event.

A typical SVCapture4 capture system would consist of the following components:

4 Photonfocus MV1-D1312-240-CL-8 CMOS Camera Link cameras (1248x1082 @ 170fps per camera or 235MB/sec per camera)
4 Camera Power Supplies
4 HiFlex Camera Link cables
4 Lenses (user defined)
1 Quad-Base Camera Link Frame Grabber (installed and configured)
Multi-camera Capture Software for synchronizing, viewing, capture to disk or RAM, playback, edit and export real-time camera video (installed and configured)
Desktop or Rack-Mounted computer featuring Windows 7 64-bit, up to 24GB of RAM, intel i7 multi-core processor(s), single or multiple boot and back-up drives (EM or SSD), high-performance RAID controllers and SSDs.
