TX Series

Sophisticated characteristics are combined in the TX digital matrix camera series. Maximum signal and image quality are ensured with all models and configurations even under harsh environmental conditions. Thus, almost unlimited applications are enabled by the TX series. Reproducible measurement results and very reliable operation are achieved thanks to the clever thermal management and the robust industrial design. The functionality of these devices complies with the GenICam™ standard. 

The TX cameras are available with FireWire™ or Gigabit Ethernet. Innovative extensions such as Power over Ethernet (PoE) or multiple digital input and output ports are additional options.

EX Series

SX Series

Up to 8 megapixel resolution – the CCD cameras with Camera Link® and Dual GigE in the Baumer SX series show every detail, no matter how fine, even with short inspection times. Thanks to the wide diversity of variants, they always fit the bill in many different applications.

Baumer's dynamic tap balancing process featured in the SX Dual GigE and Camera Link® v2 cameras enables utilization of the full capacity offered by the high-performance Kodak sensors. This means that temperature affecting image quality is now a thing of the past.

HX Series

Maximum speed and resolution up to 4 megapixels – the cameras of our HX series are based on the most up-to-date CMOS sensors with global shutter technology. Their high sensitivity enables shorter inspection times. In addition to the established Camera Link® interface, the HX series combines for the first time fast CMOS sensors with innovative Dual GigE technology.

MX Series

In many applications progress is measured by advancing miniaturization, so every cubic millimeter of installation space counts. The new MXG board level camera series from Baumer is the solution for applications that demand this high level of flexibility.

The separate sensor board measures only 28.5 x 28.5 mm, hardly larger than a 2-Euro coin. It is connected to the system circuit board via flexprint. This allows the cameras to be individually integrated even into small, cramped installation spaces in almost any mechanical design.

VeriSens® Series

VeriSens® is a compact image processing system in the shape of a sensor. Typical applications among many others are packaging and quality inspection. As an inline solution, different product features can be easily verified directly after a manufacturing step so that defective parts can be sorted out immediately.  

Flexibility and versatility of image based part verification is a must for many users today. VeriSens® is the ideal component. As a complete image processing system, it includes all necessary hardware and software. It can be configured intuitively using a PC.

The patented FEX® 3.5 image processor and the FEXLoc® position recognition ensure reliable parts recognition. Check & Sort applications can be easily carried out regardless of the position of the item. Thanks to configuration in just a few steps, the VeriSens® CS series can also very quickly be parameterized by new users.
